Pilates: a creative and challenging twist on traditional mat Pilates. Focused on moving from the core, but ensuring the total body is worked.
Pilates Basics: these classes move a little slower + focus on form and understanding the movements.
High Intensity Pilates: a combination of Pilates, cardio, and barre. This is a total body workout that adds other elements to a Pilates class to get your heart rate up more than in the “regular” Pilates class.
Pilates with Dawn: Join Dawn for her creative and fun Pilates sequences. Don’t let her sweet demeanor fool you - her classes are tough and will kick your butt, but she always provides modifications and options for all levels.
