30-Minute Yoga Classes: Flow yoga, Gentle yoga
30-Minute Barre Classes: Barre, Modified Barre (designed for prenatal, postpartum, injury recovery, and strength building)
30-Minute Cardio Classes: HIIT classes, Low Impact Modified HIIT, (designed for prenatal, postpartum, injury recovery/strength building), and High Intensity Pilates classes
30-Minute Pilates Classes: Pilates classes, Pilates Basics, and modified Pilates classes
Body Bursts: Short and intense sequences (5-15 minutes long) focused on one muscle group and designed to be done as an add on to classes, or as a stand alone when you don’t have much time!
Short + Stretchy: Shorter gentle classes (5-20 minutes) focused on stretching, relaxing, and meditating.
